2019 Canadian International Auto Show Media Gallery

For all the years that I have been to the Canadian International Auto Show, I do not believe I have actually made a blog post about it. Anyways, I went to the 2019 edition of this auto show, and I can safely tell you that it was just like all the other auto shows of the previous years. That is not to say that there were not any highlights from the show, because there certainly were. I will share these highlights below, as well as some other pictures I took at the event.

One car that turned many heads was the Devel Sixteen. This futuristic showpiece for the ultra-wealthy built in Dubai boasts a V16 engine that could apparently produce a mind-blasting 5000bhp. In my personal opinion, I feel like if you would put that much horsepower in a vehicle and go at breakneck speed, I think the vehicle would just disintegrate. The car looks over-styled and ridiculous, but I am sure it will look great in some billionaire's 30-car parking garage.

There was a Bugatti Chiron created almost entirely of Lego blocks. It was cool to see the vehicle close up and look at all the different Lego pieces that made up the car. What made the life-sized vehicle more astounding was that it could actually drive. I believe there are Lego-encased electric motors where the engine would normally be.

The Canadian International Auto Show runs until February 24.
